Bus arrived at boarding place before time, I have to travel to next step by my own, and it is not a direct journey. These people dropped me in between and after that boarded me in the govt bus. Such a terrible experience. Due to these, I will think a couple of times before booking the next bus.

They don't pick up from the designated pickup point, and they don't drop off at the drop-off point either—they just drop you off on the highway.

Bus was almost 2 hours late, never dropping to selected drop point, dropping before that for their convenience.

Wrong dropping point and boarding points were given while booking tickets and why were they displaying wrong details and later asking to board from a different location and also dropping to a different location.

The service was extremely poor. The bus arrived 3 hours later than its scheduled time. I had to wait for hours and faced a lot of inconvenience. This was a very disappointing experience.
