rest stop is not safe for ladies, It is a Daba like restaurant(I saw people drinking in the backyards ) where washroom is in the dark place surrounded by number of trucks, Single ladies really feel unsafe to use Daba washroom. Please try to change the rest stop to some good hotel. overall Bus journey is good.

The bus drop timings are very poor and not maintained properly. The drop timings are irregular, causing inconvenience to passengers. Please improve the timing management and ensure timely drops.

Non time reaching. Reaching time is 5 o'clock. This bus reaching at 7 o'clock is too bad.

My journey was extremely uncomfortable. The bus seemed to be used mainly for transporting priority parcels rather than providing a comfortable experience for passengers. The seating and overall travel experience were very disappointing. I had a very uncomfortable journey and would not recommend this service to others. My advice: Please avoid booking if you want a comfortable journey.

Worst experience. They said that it would reach by 6:15 but it reached at 8:30. Because of this, I missed my train. This delay was not due to traffic.
