Their staff behaviour was very rude. I booked two tickets for my sister and her children. Staff implied like we didn't travel on such sleeper coach buses. Earlier I booked buses Digboi to Guwahati or Nagaon in other buses. At this time I decided to book on this bus, because Howly is near my home. But I would never book a ticket on any buses of Neha Travels.

No blankets for the passengers as it is a long journey route. You should provide at least a bedsheet and pillow cover. Very dirty inside the bus. The AC ventilators are not working properly. Almost I got fever today.

The dropping point was Roing, Arunachal Pradesh but the bus didn't drop us at Roing. It dropped us 21 km before our stop saying this bus doesn't go to Roing, but in Red bus app it's clearly mentioned the dropping point is Roing. They charged us the full fare and didn't even drop at the location mentioned. Very much disappointed.
