At the back seats, one woman and 4-5 children were sleeping on the floor and encroaching on the foot space of the other passengers at the back. Also, the kid was shouting and crying throughout the journey as he was made to sleep on the doormat.

The hotel is okay, but the food is seriously disappointing. The taste and quality need significant improvement. I would not recommend the food here.
