Massive delay: The bus is running more than 2 hours behind its scheduled time, causing extreme inconvenience. Missing essential amenities: Despite booking an AC/Sutra Seva bus, the onboard staff has completely refused to provide blankets to the passengers. No charging facility: All the mobile/laptop charging points in the bus.
