Charging point not working / reading light not working and window area totally damaged with rusted broken iron where you have to take precautions while sitting near window, overall worst experience in this bus.

Very dirty bus, very badly smelling...it's night trip but I'm not able to slip half an hour... Very bad experience

Nothing is good to write. Not live tracking available. Bus did not come on time and reached the destination late. Very poor experience. Even the pickup point was 700 meters ahead than mentioned. So think twice before booking with this bus.

Very bad experience. I selected dropping points Rajkot St bus stand. Driver dropped a single lady from Greenland Chowkdi. Very irresponsible driver said they would take the drop here.

Staff behaviour is very good and kind. Driving is perfect. But bus condition is very bad. Almost finished level condition. Selected middle seat 9 & 10 & 22 but high sound of bus accessories and no mobile charging option, no light on/off.
