This is the worst bus experience I have had in my life. It is mainly used for transporting courier materials. The bus keeps stopping at every point looking for customers. Because of this, passengers inside suffer and do not reach their destination on time. Please do not recommend this service.

Every journey was more than just reaching a destination; it was about the comfort and experience along the way. My recent journey with the bus was genuinely pleasant and satisfying. Although the bus was not perfectly on time, what truly stood out was the way everything else was managed. The facilities were good, the arrangements were well organized, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. However, there was one issue that affected my journey. The sofa door was loose even after being closed, which caused continuous rattling noises throughout the journey. The noise was quite disturbing and made it difficult to sleep properly. I would request the management to inspect and fix this issue, as even a small improvement like this could make a big difference in passenger comfort. I believed a little improvement in punctuality and attention to such minor maintenance issues would make the bus an even better choice for travelers. When the facilities and overall arrangements were this good, these small improvements would make the experience truly exceptional. A good journey left you with a good impression, and the bus certainly did that for me. With a little attention to punctuality and passenger comfort, it could deliver an even better travel experience. Keep up the good work.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided for my recent booking on 3rd October 2026. The bus arrived over two hours past its scheduled departure time without any prior communication or updates regarding the delay. Because I was traveling for urgent and time-sensitive work, this severe delay completely ruined my plans and rendered the trip useless. To make matters worse, when I attempted to cancel the ticket and seek a refund, I was unable to do so because the cancellation window had already closed. Calling me two hours after the scheduled time to ask where I was—and brushing off the delay with an excuse about traffic—is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Poor planning and uncommunicated delays represent a total deficiency in service, and I request a full refund for this booking immediately.
