The staff are very rude and unprofessional. They cuss and use slangs. A nightmare bus to travel with family. I complained about the amenities not being available such as wifi, reading lights, and a water bottle. The staff came up to me and started shouting at me for complaining, and the conductor even used a slang term while talking to me. Really a frustrating ride. Never again travelling with this bus.
