I had booked a ticket for the 11:45 AM bus from Ranchi to Dhanbad, operated by Naval Bus. The bus that arrived—which matched the vehicle number specified on my ticket—did not reach until 12:35 PM. When I inquired with the bus staff, they claimed that this was not the 11:45 AM bus, even though it bore the same vehicle number. Furthermore, I was not provided with the seat I had originally booked. This incident caused me significant inconvenience and disrupted my journey. Failing to provide the scheduled bus and the specific seat booked was unfair treatment toward passengers. I, therefore, request that you investigate this matter, provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused, and issue a full refund for the ticket. Please take prompt action regarding my complaint. Thank you.

Staff behaviour very bad. He left me in Ranchi. My luggage was in auto. He didn't wait two minutes and ran away. Very very bad behaviour. Even I was praying to him but he was not listening to my problem. I was alone.

After charging bus fare XXX/-, it was not at all justified that the luggage, trolleys, and air bags of passengers were being kept in the middle of the pathway on the floor of the bus. It was an experience of a local passenger train. Such difficulties were faced. Highly disappointed.

The bus was scheduled to depart from Dhanbad at 4:30 am but actually departed at 5:30 am. So the bus was one hour late.
