Bus failed and they did not arrange another bus

A very worst experience I had observed in my entire life and it came from this. My drop point was at Shirdi and that driver dropped me on Samruddhi Express Highway which was far away from Shirdi, approximately 12 km. The location where he dropped me, no transportation was available in the morning 6:15 AM. So I preferred others also not to travel, unhygienic seats which were not cleaned of previous passengers. Even 1 star also they were not willing to get.

In amenities wifi and toilet was showing while I booked the ticket. But in reality there was no wifi and washroom was only for urinal and that too was so dirty and water not supplied in washroom. Later they managed water only. Bed sheet was already used, not clean and washed. It was already delayed 1 hour from Bengaluru and did not reach destination on time, too late. Very importantly, the bus did not drop me at my exact drop point which was the bus stand. I had to catch another bus from the bus stand to go to my native place. For that also I struggled and booked a cab finally to go to the bus stand. Overall experience was very bad. Going forward I can't think to book this bus.

Instead of continuing to run for a long seven hours, some halt for tea or snacks on the way could have made the journey better and more comfortable.
