The windows weren’t working, and the charging socket wasn’t working either. The bus conductor’s answers to these issues were pretty lame.

Mainly, the rest stop is worst. After a long 5 hours, stopped for washroom, that too at a fully unhygienic place, and not a single bedsheet was given. Being a sleeper coach, it is common sense to provide bedsheets. So pathetic. Give at least 2 rest stops if the travel time is more than 8 hours.

I booked the last seat. There was no bag holder. Also, there were no blankets provided. In the end, I was asked to hop on to another bus to be dropped at my stop since it was a little far. Fine, but still.

Too much delay in pickup. There is no space for luggage. We kept it inside the cabin only. Seats are also very small. Not comfortable.
