Overall, my experience on the bus was good. However, my seat was not clean and could have been maintained better. I request that the seats be cleaned properly before each journey.

Both drivers' phones were switched off when we were waiting at the bus stand, and no call was received from the driver. The bus timing was also late; the bus was supposed to start at 4:00 am but actually started at 4:20 am from Jaipur bus stand and arrived at Churu at 8:40 am, while the scheduled drop-off time was 8:01 am only.
