it's is mentioned that bus will reach the destination by 10:15 am but it has reached by 11:30. it's not on time.

The glass was broken and polythene was used to cover the window area, which was very annoying. The bus took too many stops, did not follow the timing, and was late by about 40 minutes. The bus was also changed. I used to travel on the deluxe bus, but this was a very cheap type of bus.

Booked Volvo bus ticket and they provided normal AC bus instead of Volvo bus.

It takes approx 3 hrs while in Redbus it shows travel time is only 2.5 hrs.

They changed the bus suddenly and that bus had AC but the condition was very compromised. I was given the 2nd seat, but still it had so many jerks that it felt like I was traveling on a tractor, and they had put some kind of freshener that was hard on my head.

Here the conductor did not even know that I had done online booking and allotted the same seat which I had booked earlier online to someone else and made me sit in some other seat.
