The tires of both buses I travelled in, to and fro, developed punctures during the journeys. This means possibly old tires are being used, which is a safety concern on highways.

Pickup man shouting so loudly. All bus passengers were unable to sleep properly. Change him or tell him do not shout loudly. All other things was good.

Highly dissatisfied with the driver behaviour. Insisted to off board at wrong place. From Swarget he directly went to Nigdi, my stop was Baner. He just wanted to save fuel and time. Very rude and arrogant. Please never travel by this bus.

Use air freshener in the bus as there is some weird smell. AC should be kept according to the passengers' comfort and desire, not to keep them suffocated. The rest of the bus is good and the seat is comfortable.

Dirty bedsheets. No proper locking of emergency door. No option to close AC flat for sheet. Couldn't keep baggage in dikki as clear was absent.
