One of the most terrible experiences it was. While booking, the pickup location was Yeshwantpur but an hour before boarding I got a call asking me if I could board at a different location which was 3-4 kms ahead of Yeshwantpur because the bus was coming from a different route. Somehow I managed to get there but then I got a call from the driver that he was waiting at Yeshwantpur and asked me to take a cab and come back to Yeshwantpur in this heavy rain and traffic which I obviously refused and told him to pick me up from the other location I was waiting. Also, my boarding timing was 9:30 pm but as per him, to travel 3 km from Yeshwantpur to my location took him one and a half hours due to which I was waiting there till 11:00 pm in heavy rain. Finally, when I boarded I thought that's all struggle but I was shocked to see multiple cockroaches running over my seat. Please think twice before booking. Also, my dropping time was 9:30 am but it reached at 12:00 pm. I was having my other connected bus at 11:30 am which I missed due to this. All my money got wasted because of this.

There is need for a little more facility. I will give an example regarding timing and some facilities like the charger point. The charger point provided in the bus is also not working properly. I thought maybe while travelling it would work but I ended the journey with no use of that charger point in an emergency. Actually, I needed to charge but unfortunately I lost battery. So, these need to be improved in service. Thank you.

Comfortable. Rest stops are proper. Sidhu cleaner took care of bus cleanliness properly. Driver stopped bus for washroom, especially for female and elderly persons. Sleep and seat comfortable.

Bus is not at all good. Whatever amount paid is not worth it. Bus is too late. They stop for rest where washrooms are not yet all good. Worst experience. Bad smell is coming inside the bus.
