Worst experience ever, bus came 2 hours late and then did not even drop at the dropping point which I selected because they said that the bus was delayed and no entry would be given. Also the staff did not respond to calls and all. The driver contact and conductor contact given was invalid even on their website; they had invalid numbers.

Terrible late. No proper information. The bus is not safe in the lower berth as there are no windows and the entire area is covered. In emergencies, everyone will get trapped.

Dear customer support team, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the bus service I booked. The bus departed approximately 2 hours late and reached the destination around 2 hours later than the scheduled arrival time. Furthermore, the entire bus had water leakage, causing significant inconvenience during the journey. In addition, I specifically booked a lower berth, but the operator changed my seat to an upper berth without my consent. This is completely unacceptable, as I paid for a service that was not provided as promised. The delayed departure, delayed arrival, water leakage, and unauthorized seat change made the entire journey extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Considering these serious service failures, I request that you provide an appropriate refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. I spent my hard-earned money expecting a comfortable and reliable journey, but the service provided was completely unsatisfactory. Kindly investigate this complaint and provide a proper resolution at the earliest. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider escalating the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.

The worst travel operator I have ever seen. The bus arrived late and still made all passengers wait in heavy rain just to clean the bus. The bus started almost 1.5 hours late. Whenever we asked, they said 5 mins. Too worst. Never prefer again.

Very disappointing travel experience. The bus service has no proper sense of timing, and the drop-off was delayed by almost 4 hours. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this bus to anyone. The operator needs to improve punctuality and provide a more reliable travel experience.

Very worst service. They have dropped reserved passengers 5 kms before the dropping point and boarded some other people at the bus stop for extra amount. Don't choose this service. Almost 3.5 hours late.
