Does not follow timings. Too late to arrive and too late to reach the destination. Terrible and frustrating service.

I am highly disappointed with your bus service. The bus was in very poor condition and there were no proper basic facilities, despite charging a high fare. High fare, poor service! Please take immediate action and provide appropriate compensation.

Don't book this bus. The staff was not supportive, and the driver didn't stop at my booked destination. Instead, he dropped me at a different location. I booked my ticket for one stop, but they left me somewhere else. Very disappointing service.
