This was the worst trip that I have had. The bus was supposed to come at 10.50 pm and it came at 12.30 am. The people from the bus were not picking up the call when we tried to contact them. The trip was supposed to finish by 7.35 and reach Manjeri, but now it is 9 o'clock and we still have not reached the dropping point. Still 45 minutes are pending. Terrible experience.

9.55 departure, I can understand the traffic of Bangalore. Arriving time was 6.00 am. If it was 2 hours delay, also fine. I am not yet arrived in Caltex. 10.10 am it's showing. It's terrible as a traveler to travel from Bangalore to Kannur for 12 hours.

2 hours late to pickup, 4 hours late to reach the dropping point. Traffic and rain was understandable, but whether complacency was there as well, was a question.

Condition of the bus is bad and suddenly stops in the midnight and repairs the bus.

Bus operator was a very bad travels and it was not at all a genuine travels. They cancel the bookings at the last minute when we need to travel as an emergency. They just cancel without any explanation or refund the amount. We don't book just for fun. For some emergency purpose, we will be travelling but they don't consider that. Always they do, always they cancel the bus. Please don't do bookings in this travels. Please, please don't do. This was my third experience, third time they cancel my bus.

The bus timing from Yeshwantapur was 8:55. We arrived at 8:56 and they didn't pick us from there. Asked to come to Kalasipalayam directly. The drop-off time was delayed 3-4 hrs. They didn't cooperate when we asked to stop for washroom.
