The bus and the seats were horrible. My seat's headrest was broken and the bed sheet was torn. The rest stop was somewhere in the middle of the road where there was no washroom. It was really difficult for ladies to go to the washroom. Very bad service. I did not see an option to upload pictures of my seat.

Bus is not good as the seat is broken, no luggage stand. Too much vibration, pillow is not there. Not a comfortable seat. More disturbing while sleeping. Worst bus.
