I had a very good journey. The bus was clean, the staff and driver were polite and cooperative, and the bus was on time. The journey was comfortable and smooth overall. I’m happy with the service and would definitely recommend for a comfortable travel experience.

Bus showed at the time of booking was different from the bus that came for the pick up. Tracking was shown from the destination and I was travelling from the source. Total confusion. The bus attendant called me. I was at the location. I showed him the caller number. He denied as it was not his number and told me my bus is different. After waiting for a long time, when I called the same number, it was picked up by the same person who denied that he called me, who told me my bus is different. Then he told me that my seat is in his bus. This is a terrifying experience at the time of last-minute rush of the departure of the bus.
