Hygiene inside the bus was noticed very poor. Even an unknown person spat pan masala and chewed gutkha.

Blankets are very dirty. The conductor exchanged my seat and gave me a different single seat instead of my booked seat. The conductor, one Bengali, was not good. They did not give or arrange any seats for a single girl. The conductor was sleeping comfortably while passengers were standing the whole night and charging full tickets.

The bus operator told me that they would wait for me and asked me to freshen up at a dhaba. However, they left me near Raipur and continued their journey without me, while all my luggage and belongings were still inside the bus.
