Very slow pickup time 5 PM but they pickup 07 PM location arriving 12:00 why this time we spent lot of XXXX there was no response.

It took too much time to drop. Also, the bus came 30 mins late to pickup and refused to drop at the dropping location initially. Took 30 mins at rest stop which was just 10 mins before my dropping point.

Comes late but on time to destination.

One of the worst travel experiences ever. Extremely poor service, irresponsible management, and a complete lack of communication regarding bus delays or cancellations. Passengers' valuable time and money were wasted, and customer service was unacceptable. The company had to improve its punctuality, communication, and customer support immediately. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone.

Rain water pouring inside.

Very worst experience I’ve faced in last 6 years travel was this one. Drivers stopping in between almost four places for their personal shopping like buying snacks and other stuff. I’ll never recommend again as well. The journey time from electronic city to villupuram takes eight hours in which normal route bus also will go earlier. Not at all recommend for anymore. Please don’t book this if you don’t have choice other than this. Please go with route bus.

The bus was supposed to come at 4.50 pm but was delayed by 3 hours. We were waiting on the road. No waiting area and no proper communication. The lights were on during the entire journey. We were supposed to reach Tiruvannamalai by 8.30 pm but arrived at 2 am.

Worst bus travel experience. Despite communicating multiple times that I’m waiting at a certain bus stop, the staff chose to drive past me without stopping. I had to then take an auto to go and board the bus from where they halted at 12:45am in the rain. Instead of apologising, the staff yelled at me. Really poor staff behaviour. They don’t know how to speak to people. Not allowing us to get a word in. And through the night, very rash driving and constant honking. Never travelling by this bus ever again.

Bus got 3 hours late.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering how much I paid for this bus. The bus was much smaller than expected and not clean. The driving was also poor, making the journey uncomfortable and stressful. I could not sleep at all throughout the trip because of the uncomfortable conditions and bad driving. For the price I paid, I expected a much cleaner bus, better comfort, and safer, smoother driving. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their cleanliness, comfort, and driving standards.
