1. The bus was late 2. The bus shown in the photo while booking was not the same. Even the travels was different. 3. The cleanliness was not maintained 4. People were sleeping in corridor Only thing good about the bus was it's driver behaviour.

Worst bus ever. Staff are horrible. They threatened me all the way. Disgusting behaviour ever in bus. Nobody attended my call. I waited for 2 hours after bus time. And the bus was different from the one I booked.

Live tracking was not available, and punctuality was affected due to 3 rest stops during the Delhi to Bhilwara journey, which caused delays along the way.
