Yesterday we have travelled with family from Mumbai to Udaipur. Driver and support staff are very polite and cooperative. Bus was also very good. AC cooling is also good and coach is also comfortable.

We had booked bus from Mumbai to Nathdwara. The arrival time was 9.30 am at Nathdwara. But at night, due to some brake issue, the bus got stuck two times at 2 am and then around 5-9 am. We were stuck in Surat. We reached Nathdwara at 5.30 pm. The bus driver told us to get down and move to another bus from Udaipur to Nathdwara. We reached at 6.30 pm.
