I booked a travel bus from Dewas to Itarsi for the journey date xx/xx/xxxx at 08 pm, but without my permission, my booking was changed by the bus operator to a different bus. When I called the operator and service provider today, no response was received from your side. A simple call was received by me for this change, no prior message or notification was received. When I reached the pickup point of the changed bus, the bus was late by 2 hours, and staff behavior was very rude and unsupportive. Also, my dropping point was different as per my booking, approximately 2 km away. It's very unprofessional. Please keep this matter.

They charged rupees XXXX extra from me even after booking. They picked local passengers from Seoni, which was very annoying and there were issues with baggage security. Blocklist this bus operator. They did not care about passengers' time and money. Rupees XXXX extra charged from me without any reason.
