Instead of the bus, another bus arrived, and it dropped me off in Jammu instead of Katra, even though platform had charged the fare for the journey all the way to Katra. To make matters worse, my SIM card stopped working after reaching Jammu, so I could not even file a complaint. Please do not book this bus.

Charging point was off for the full trip, no water facility, did not send pick-up point location and bus number, behaviour issue and other issues.

No amenities are provided. The bus is late by 2 hours at arrival and reached destination 4 hours late. If option to give 0 rating, I'll give. No value of others timings.

They are stopping their bus more than normal without any reason, and they are keeping parcels as well, so after every 2 hrs they are stopping their bus for 1 hr. We got late by 6 hrs just because of them.
