Yesterday, my bus was a little late, but my overall travel experience was excellent. The bus was very clean, and both the driver and the cleaner were very helpful and supportive. I really enjoyed the journey. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.

The horrible travel experience. The driver did not stop the bus at the designated stop despite several reminders by call. When I inquired regarding the status of the bus, he said the bus had already left and I had to catch the bus by taking an auto rickshaw, the driver would pay the money. I took the rickshaw immediately. The rickshaw driver was kind enough to catch the bus, and the bus driver paid the auto rickshaw driver the money. This was the most pathetic experience I had while traveling with such unprofessional travel partners, which harms the safety of passengers.

Ac ventilation cap not working, broken mobile phone holder, bad pillow. Expensive and poor food quality at the hotel where we stayed.

Worst stop for dinner ever seen no hygiene in hotel. Served roti on which ants were crawling. no taste in food. other than food everything was ok.
