U1, first seat is very small. A 5 feet person can't lay the legs straight and sleep.

Driver cleaner is not ready to give urination break. If anybody is diabetic, he has to urinate frequently. But this cleaner of that bus is taunting me about it.

Such a terrible experience. Had booked the bus leaving from Mazgaon but the travels transferred my booking to the bus leaving from Borivali. How can they do this if I had booked from another route? We followed the tracking which was shown from service provider app but when the bus arrived we were told by the arrogant pickup man that we did not have any booking. When we showed the booking he misbehaved saying that the booking was for the bus arriving later and we were forced to get down, told to wait till the other bus comes. We waited for nearly 2 hours then the bus arrived around 12 am. We did not expect this type of mismanagement from the renowned Travels. Such a disappointing experience. Service provider app and Travels need to communicate between them or the user has to start booking from another booking app.

Driving of driver was so horrible and pathetic. Driver was so arrogant with passengers, especially with ladies. He didn't stop for two lady passengers who came late from rest stop. This was the worst behaviour I have observed yet.
