The bus's suspension is very poor.

The staff was good, I was late to board by 10 mins but they were waiting for me. They kept on calling and tracking me. The rest stop was okay but the next stop at toll plaza, the toilets were not good.

It is requested to please issue instructions to passengers not to keep footwear on the seat. I noticed that one passenger of upper seat was keeping his chappals on the seat. This creates unhygienic conditions and the next passenger may experience a dirty seat. So it is necessary to make announcements every time by the attendant available in the bus.
