My drop point was Anand Vihar Terminal at 4.50 am but I was asked to get down at 4.15 am at a point which was not the dropping point. I was carrying luggage with me and the time was not suitable to get help. I had to take an auto on payment of ₹100. Extra monetary burden and unprofessional attitude.

Travelling was convenient and comfortable. Bus staff was also cooperative and will announce once the drop point was about to arrive. Recliner and sleeper seats both were comfortable and spacious.

Very disappointing experience. Our entire journey was ruined because of the poor service. The bus was not good, the charging points were not working, and despite charging such a high fare, the service was not worth the money. The last stop was supposed to be Kashmiri Gate, but we were dropped at Anand Vihar instead. If you are charging this much, at least provide the service you promise. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
