The driving was terrible and the driver was mean. I asked him to stop aside because it was a very urgent situation; I wanted to pee. After some time, some women came and asked the same. He instantly stopped the bus. It was rude in my eyes.

Bus didn't stop at the drop point 8th mile, asked us to get down before the actual drop point near Widia company. Reason he gave was traffic jam but entire road was empty. He wanted to drive home early so he left us on way to struggle. I don't recommend this bus to any others. Staff behaviour was very rude. He wanted to fill the seats only.

Bus suspension was terrible. Also, person near my seat was drunk and due to that smell, I was unable to sleep. During booking, you mentioned no alcohol allowed in bus, even with drunk. Need compensation for my sleepless terrible journey.

They won't listen to anything even for luggage taking, they won't give. It's very rude. Not recommending anyone to travel.

Whole night disturbance by driver and crew. No door separation for seats and driver, so very loud noise from driver's side. Always talking.

The bus was supposed to reach at 9:45 but it reached at 1 in the midnight. I am very disappointed with this 3-hour delay.
