Everything was good.

I was delayed by 10 minutes and the driver left the pickup point while I was telling that I was just two minutes away. I had chased the bus from behind in an auto in the rain with my wife and my 9 months old baby. Even I told the driver also I was traveling with a 9 months old baby, still they were not able to wait for two more minutes. How they were this much cruel towards a child in the rain. To chase in the auto I had to spend XXXX fare to the auto wala because I did not have time to bargain with the auto wala to chase the bus. I had spent XXXX for bus tickets. I wanted to ask you the same thing I had used your service so many times, every time I used to be there before 15 minutes of the given arrival time but your bus used to be late by 20 to 30 minutes but I had never complained about it. But I was late one time that to 10 minutes after arrival of your bus the driver did not wait at all. I did not like your driver behavior at all even I was one minute away also the driver did not wait for 2 minutes even after I said that an infant child was there. This was really really bad behavior without a heart.

Good bus to travel.

Very disappointing travel experience. The bus took a longer route via Krishnagiri, making 30 to 40 minutes extra. If they took Rayalottai route, it saved 40 minutes and made several unnecessary stops, causing significant delays. After a 40-minute tea break in Salem, the bus stopped near Dharmapuri for around 20 minutes for luggage loading, followed by another one-hour dinner break in Krishnagiri. Additionally, roadside passengers were picked up, with approximately 10 minutes spent negotiating with each person. The delay continued even after Hosur, where the bus stopped for around 30 minutes to refuel and refill AdBlue. At every unnecessary stop, passengers got down, causing further delays. Actually, they could reach Bangalore by 9 o'clock. Two hours extra time due to unnecessary stops. This bus might be suitable for passengers travelling to Hyderabad, but it was absolutely not recommended for those travelling to Bangalore, especially those who expected to reach on time. The operator should plan the route properly, avoid unnecessary stops, and complete refuelling and other arrangements before departure. Passengers paid for a bus journey, not to spend hours waiting at unnecessary stops. Please avoid this bus if you were travelling to Bangalore and valued your time.

Bus was late. Live tracking was confusing. Rest stop for men, as usual, is an open place only.
