This was my 3rd journey from Udaipur to Pune. The bus is no doubt the best. The driver and conductor are very friendly. The bus is neat. Rest stops were also clean. The best thing I liked this time was that I got down at Pune well before 8:30 am. Superb team.

My parents travelled from Udaipur to Pune. Overall it was a comfortable ride for them, they loved cleanliness, staff behaviour, seat, sleep comfort and TV with headphone a lot. The only improvement area is punctuality which can be improved as bus was late by 1 hr, which sometimes can be understandable considering long journeys.

They did not stop at the mentioned hotel. Also the food was pathetic. Why can't they stop at a good hotel for the passengers paying XXXXX. The washroom in the bus stank so bad.
