Please rectify the charging cables in the seats. The lights are not off during sleeping. Add some extra steel rods in each sleeper seat for safety.

The seat was too long towards the front and I was not able to place my footrest. The driver was attempting rash driving. Also, my departure time was 5:25 according to srp tools but I woke up at 5:20 and the bus was at Koyambedu. The driver did not update me and there was no proper response. Worst experience.

I was travelling in a bus, but halfway through the journey, I was asked to get down and shift to another bus. In the second bus, there was no seat available for me, so I had to travel standing for the rest of the journey. This was very inconvenient and disappointing, especially after paying for a bus ticket. Please ensure that passengers are provided with proper seating and a comfortable journey in the future.
