Ac was not adequate all the time. Berth was too low. No bed roll. Blanket and water were on demand. Hygiene very poor. Look at the bus service from Kolkata to Darjeeling: full bed roll, tv, height of the lower berth was adequate. Here it should be termed floor accommodation. Don't reply, rather act. Irony is that the complaint will be sent to the provider.

Bus was delayed by more than 2 hours. Driver kept giving excuses for delays. While booking, toilet facility was shown but in bus there was no bathroom. At sleeper seat there was ambient light continuously on making it uncomfortable for sleep. When asked driver to turn it off while sleeping, they said it would not be turned off. Disappointed with the travel experience.

There are no blankets on this bus. There was no bed sheet either. And they left the stop I had selected halfway. They didn't even mention in the booking that the bus doesn't go here. When I asked them, they said they would leave, but on time they left the bypass and said let me go. I suggest don't go in this bus.
