I booked ticket to Pileru but they didn't come to the destination and they dropped me in Kalakada. It is too bad and too hard to go home with the language barrier. Please don't do this. If your bus will not go to Pileru, don't allow giving tickets.

Everything is good but about luggage they are throwing in bus trunk, not handling with care. Upper berths are so high and AC is in cross position.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. The bus has been delayed for 2 hours and 30 minutes during the night, and I am forced to wait with my kids in this situation. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility towards passengers' safety and time. Traveling late at night with children is already difficult, and such long delays without proper communication or arrangements make it even worse. I expect an immediate explanation and better service management in the future. This kind of negligence should not happen again.
