Bus not dropped at the destination provided. Also, the driver rudely behaved, saying that he will not go to the destination as per and will go as per his wish, and said if you want, go and complain to customer care.

My boarding point is Vayalpad. I clearly told the driver when he called me while coming from Madanpalli to Vayalpad, but he told me that he mistakenly went on another route and asked me to come to Chintaparthi, which is around 15 minutes away. It was around 6:45 p.m., and he asked me to come by auto or bus. Being a woman, how could he ask me to come to some other place but not to the place where I boarded. I entirely had a very bad experience this time, and I clearly saw negligence in the driver.

Very disappointing experience with Murali Krishna Travels. The bus GPS/live tracking was not working, even though Murali Krishna Travels states that live tracking is available and activates before boarding time. When I contacted the owner regarding the issue, the response and behaviour were very rude and unprofessional. Passengers deserve proper communication, respectful treatment, and reliable tracking information. I request Murali Krishna Travels management to look into this issue seriously and improve customer service.
