They will give you incorrect driver number and they will not mention proper stop. They will show stop as Subbaiah Hotel and they will stop at Bhimas Jewell and ask us to come there. Main thing, they will not follow timing.

They mentioned boarding time is 10:40pm but it was 45 delay and coming departure time it's almost 1 1/2 delay. I hope next time they should follow the bus timings.

Worst service and worst buses. Two days back on 5th, I had done a journey. In the middle, before Kurnool, the bus met with an accident. At that time, they promised to give a full refund, but at the time of refund, they said only half amount. What if some heavy life injury happened? They simply say we don't know. Worst bus service in my life ever.

Staff worst behavior and they are asking for money even for 2 luggage bags also it is very bad. They are not calling the passengers at their particular destination points.
