Bus arrived 1.5 hrs late. It has caused us a lot of inconvenience plus we reached our destination very, very late. Try to be more punctual in future.

First of all, the ticket prices are already inflated in the Ganapati season and then the bus does not have a washroom. It was a different bus and the tour operator mentioned that they acquired multiple new buses for this festive season. Their original bus with name and logo has an attached washroom and because this was not one of those, I conclude that they overcharged everyone on the bus.

I had one of the best bus travel experiences. The bus arrived on time, and the overall experience was very good. The bus interior was clean and well-maintained, the AC cooling was excellent, and the driving was smooth and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to include at least one 15-minute rest stop at a clean and hygienic location, especially for longer journeys. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant travel experience. Highly appreciated.

Bus was not on time. Also, the seat was not comfortable. Not informed that an extra bus would be hired for travel.
