It is my worst experience in this bus. No seat number allotted and you charged 525, while the local person gave the same ticket for 350 to 400. Three times rush in the bus in 6 hour long journey. They stop at every single point for their customers but not for toilet or rest house. It is my terrible and worst experience ever.

Very bad and horrible experience. bus seat were smelling, seat were very confused, blankets were not provided in AC bus, I booked lower berth but I got upper berth on boarding in bus. helpline are also not helpful. prefer other online ticketing platform.

Bus pickup issue, on app, bus pickup point and my actual pickup point at Vadodara was at different locations because of negligence of bus owner and staff.

Time is 4.40 Pm from Khargone to Indore but leaving at 5.05 Pm and no benefit of early seat booking. Bad experience we have.
