Bus arrived almost 1 hr 10 mins late for pickup. Also, dropping time at CTM was 6 am. It is 8 am now and still in the bus. Just taking unnecessary stops.

This was the worst journey of my life. I had booked seat number 7 for my comfort, but someone else was already sitting there. When I complained, the conductor and driver told me to sit wherever there was space if I wanted to travel. It was a very bad experience. My went to waste. I got neither comfort nor my seat.

The bus got delayed and took more time than the estimated schedule. On top of that, its condition was not good at all, which made the journey even more uncomfortable and tiring. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
