I was never gonna travel in this again. Worst no live tracking, no proper update, all false promises about arrival and departure. They started 3 hours late from Bangalore, they didn't inform. I had to stand on road and kept on waiting for 3 hours. It reached destination 6 hours later. Passengers were angry at these guys and all of them shouted not to stop anywhere, we don't want to have breakfast. Let us drop to destination first. It was supposed to reach Gulbarga by 8 AM and it reached at 2 PM. Horrible experience. I missed my important meeting because of these guys, they spoiled my day, money and time. They should shut the service. Even if they took passengers for free we should not travel yet they charged XXXX per ticket. Quite costly. I wished to give negative rating.

Bus is late boarding time 1 hour late and dropping point 2 hour late.

It has been delayed by 2.5 hrs. I had a couple of important stuff I missed all due to the bus delay. If they cannot reach the destination by the mentioned time, why do they mention it? Why do they charge XXXX, XXXX rs for each ticket. You guys are just wasting passengers' time and money. I am never gonna travel in BK travels again. I spent XXXX rs for 3 tickets to reach early, yet we got delayed and missed our important meetings and presentation.

Bus did not stop at the boarding point. I had to call them and walk 700 meter even after reaching 10 minutes before the location. Seats were dirty and dusty. Worst bus of my life.
