As mentioned ac, blanket, bedsheet and charging point, but in reality nothing was provided except charging point. Even charging point was on after three hours of the bus starting from boarding location. No ac, no blankets and bedsheet were provided during the full journey. I booked through makemytrip, and everything was mentioned there but not received in the bus.

Very poor experience. The seat was full of oil and food stains, making it unhygienic and uncomfortable to sit on. Additionally, the bus did not stop at my designated drop location and dropped me nearly 80 km away from my destination, causing significant inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

We booked a seat for Mumbai to Shahapur and we already discussed in Mumbai before leaving, but they dropped in the middle at Gulbarga and did not drop at Shahapur. Next time, my family and friends will not prefer this travel.
