In my seat, AC water was leaking for a long time, seat got wet, so informed the driver and assistant. They said because of rain water, it may be leaking inside. I asked to change to another seat, they said all are full. I didn't have an option. I adjusted in my seat for completely 9 hrs with AC water leaking and seat also got wet. Worst travel experience ever.

Subject: Serious complaint regarding poor bus condition, 3-hour delay, and passenger safety I boarded the bus at around 10:00 PM, but it reached Oddanchatram nearly 3 hours late. Due to the rain, water leaked into the bus, and my entire seat became wet. I was unable to sleep throughout the night because of the uncomfortable conditions. When I informed the driver, he said that the bus was fully occupied and did not arrange an alternative seat. Furthermore, there was a sharp, knife-like edge near the emergency exit at the rear of the bus, which caused an injury to me. This is a serious passenger safety concern. I am extremely disappointed with the poor maintenance, lack of proper response from the driver, and the excessive delay. I request that you investigate this incident, take appropriate action against the operator, and provide suitable compensation for the inconvenience and injury caused.

There was a 2 hr 30 min delay, and they were trying to change my seat without my notice and are taking a very long route, stopping at every small stop.

Travelling was good. Drivers try to meet the timings is ok. Appreciated. At the same time try to understand passenger situation too. If requested to wait 5 to 10 minutes, please accept it. They might be stuck with traffic. They have some physical problems. They can't run behind the bus. Waiting 5 to 10 minutes is not a big deal. Please change this behaviour.
