Bus got delayed by 2.5hrs, and there was no traffic issue in Hyderabad. Very bad experience, all my plans were disturbed. I recommend everyone not to book this bus. They asked to keep luggage on the seat. They did not even provide a water bottle, which is basic in any bus. Stopping everywhere even after this much delay. No responsibility, did not even inform about the boarding delay. Never boarding this travel bus again.

Very disappointing experience. The bus was stopped midway near Gajuwaka Junction due to some dispute between the travel agency and a petrol bunk. Passengers had to wait unnecessarily, causing a lot of inconvenience and delay. The operator should resolve such issues without affecting passengers.
