I booked a ticket from Torredu to Hyderabad, and my experience was very disappointing. The AC was not working properly, and the sleeping comfort was very poor. The Type-C to Type-C charging port was not working with my iPhone. When I asked the staff for help, they said they could not do anything about it. The pickup and drop arrangements were also very inconvenient. I booked from Torredu, but I was asked to come to Kather 4th Bridge for pickup. At the destination, instead of providing a proper drop at Hyderabad, they dropped me near PVR Cinemas in Panjagutta and asked me to change buses to continue my journey. What is the point of booking a bus ticket if passengers have to struggle and stress themselves just to reach the pickup point and destination? Passengers book tickets for convenience, not to face unnecessary travel difficulties. The driver’s behaviour was very good, and I appreciate his politeness. However, the cleaner’s behaviour was disappointing and unprofessional. The response to my charging complaint was also unacceptable. Overall, the poor AC, uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, charging issues, inconvenient pickup and drop points, and staff behaviour made this a very unpleasant journey.

When I booked the bus, the estimated arrival time at Tirupati was 10:00 am on 18th October. I booked the bus for 10:00 pm on 17th October, and the bus arrived on time for departure. I understand that occasional delays can happen, and a delay of an hour would have been understandable. However, it was now 2:00 pm, and the bus still has not reached the destination. This was an unacceptable delay of over four hours. I was travelling to my college to collect important paperwork, and I had a scheduled slot for the same. Due to this unexpected delay, I have missed my slot, and it was now closed. My entire journey has become pointless, and I have lost valuable time and incurred unnecessary inconvenience because of the failure to arrive at the promised time. I request that you take responsibility for this delay and provide an appropriate explanation and compensation for the inconvenience and loss caused. Please do not treat this as a minor delay, as it has directly affected my important work. I expect a proper response and a fair resolution to this issue. The bus was showing as reached to the location already, but I am still on the bus travelling. I need an explanation on this.
