Additionally bus did not drop me at my dropping point. I had to pay extra to reach my destination.

Poor bus condition. No water bottle was provided as it was already part of their amenities. Dropping locations were changed by the bus driver. This has caused trouble to all the travellers.

They were given pick up and drop off locations for passengers, but the actual scenario was different. The driver and bus did not go through the pick up and drop off locations, so many problems arose for the passengers, and the staff behavior was very bad.

This bus has no management. I booked at a specific location because it is near to me, but they called me far from the pickup location up to 30 kms. In the bus, there is no pillow and no blanket.

Co driver was drunk heavily. Vomit was on the seat. No blanket nor pillow available. Bus was totally dirty. No cleanliness and hygiene observed. No rest stops. Disgusting experience. Not recommended.

Gandhinagar passenger are dropped at CTM, Ahmedabad without providing any van facilities. The bus is from Ahmedabad but the booking is only in the name of Gandhinagar. The claim of seating passengers in another vehicle from Ahmedabad is completely wrong.

They neither picked me up from the pick up point i put in and instead told me to come to CTM which was 15 km away from satellite road. and then didnt stop for dinner at all. They also did not drop me off at pune railway station as promised and dropped me at another place 10 km away. the seats were also not very comfortable
