Bus came 30 minutes early and he called my person. My person was travelling to the boarding point so he didn't pick up the call. Now the bus left early from the boarding point and the bus operator is not ready to refund the amount.

main thing AC was not working at all i have raised complaint regarding this issue and bus is late by more then 5 hours to my stop. I want my amount refund as i suffered a lot with this journey and I have also missed my flight also from the pune

Nothing was good. Everything is worst. First they changed time 4 to 5.30. After, bus was so dirty. Pillow was dirty. No blankets, bed sheets, or water bottle provided. Charging point also broken.

I was promised to drop at Panvel by 7.00 am, but still I am at Borivali at 9.00 am and the bus has been standing here for the last 30 minutes. I am sure I will not reach Panvel before 12 noon. Five hours delay. Terrible service. Will not use this service again.
