Very poor service. The bus reached 2 hours later than the arrival time shown on. Because of this unnecessary delay, I missed my train and had to suffer a lot of inconvenience and extra expenses. If the bus cannot maintain the promised timing, should at least show a realistic estimated arrival time. Highly disappointing experience.

As an AC bus, the bus was not clean and the ambience was very bad. I did not feel very comfortable due to overloading of passengers on the floor. Faulty windows, overall bad experience.

Worst experience and not an AC bus, most of the time AC was off. Overloading of passengers. Not punctual. Dirty seats. Not expected from an AC bus. No rest stop for dinner as bus started at 6.15pm from Chhatarpur. There should be a stoppage for dinner at night. Bus did not stop for dinner, due to which we travelled without dinner at night.
