The boarding point was changed at the last moment, causing inconvenience, and the bus staff provided no proper assistance. The bus was unclean, had no curtains, and extra passengers were accommodated in the aisle for money. Overall, a very poor travel experience.

This is highly unacceptable. There was continuous, extremely loud noise coming from the window side throughout the entire night, as if someone was playing drums. Because of this disturbance, neither my baby nor I could sleep the whole night. This is a serious inconvenience and cannot be ignored. I request immediate action to identify the source of the noise and ensure that this does not happen again. Residents deserve peace and proper sleep, especially during the night.
