Need to put mats in bus, AC went are broken, no blankets or bedsheets. Only good thing was reached just 30min late. No water bottle in the bus.

1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. The bus was cancelled at the very last moment, leaving me with no choice but to book another bus. Due to this sudden cancellation, I had to wait for nearly 5 hours, causing significant inconvenience. As of 27 August 2026, I have still not received my refund. I contacted customer care today, and they confirmed that the refund has been initiated and should be credited within 5–6 working days. Overall, a very inconvenient and disappointing experience.

The bus was late and no one was picking the phone, due to which I missed my bus and had to buy a ticket in another bus offline.
