After repeated instructions, the conductor and driver did not solve the AC. The conductor only provided water bottles to offline passengers, not to the online booking passengers.

The behavior of the driver and other staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional. Since I was new to Sambalpur, I was not familiar with the exact bus stop. Despite this, I called the concerned number several times to seek assistance and clearly informed them about my difficulty in locating the correct stop. However, the bus did not stop at the designated stop as expected. After considerable difficulty, when I finally managed to board the bus, the driver and other staff members behaved rudely and started shouting at us instead of understanding the situation and assisting us. I found their behavior highly inappropriate, especially considering that I was new to the place and had already made several attempts to contact them for guidance.
