I recently travelled with Miles Bus, and the booking clearly mentioned that snacks would be provided. However, I received only a 500 ml water bottle. The conductor said snacks were unavailable, while the Miles office claimed it was a technical glitch and that snacks are not provided. This is misleading and disappointing. Please clarify this discrepancy and take responsibility for the inconvenience caused.

Bus was delayed for more than 2 hours. No water bottle or snacks as shown while booking. Bus condition was not good. No curtains were available. Worst experience ever. Not at all recommended.

AC vent was broken. Air was coming directly on face. Pathetic.

First of all, the seat was missing curtains on the window. Half of the seats did not have curtains. Also, the passage curtains were not proper, which hindered passengers' privacy. Now, coming to the AC, it was too high and when requested, it was kept the same. The AC duct did not have the stopper so the seat was very chilled. However, the travel was good. The driver and staff were quite co-operative.

Bus linen is stinking and dirty. you should provide neat and clean linen when your ticket costing double than a train.
