Worst experience ever in a bus. It was late initially and the bus was in very poor condition.

I was with my family early morning luggage take off no supporting even they will put your luggage deep under storage. Even maybe you have not been able to reach there but only you have to take care of your luggage. Not satisfied.

People sitting beside my seat were shouting while talking to each other at 1.15 pm. It continued for almost 15 to 20 minutes after which I personally asked them to stay quiet. Charging point was not working well. Bad smell from curtains. Unnecessary and irritating voice of engine every few minutes, because of which I had difficulty in sleeping. Staff was good. Driving and punctuality were good.

My experience with this bus service was extremely disappointing. The conductor behaved very unprofessionally and repeatedly removed the sleeper berth curtain without my permission, which made me feel uncomfortable and violated my privacy. A passenger’s privacy and personal space should always be respected, especially while travelling in a sleeper coach. His behaviour was rude and inappropriate, and his way of dealing with passengers was not acceptable. Staff members should be trained to behave respectfully and professionally with everyone, especially female passengers. I expected a safe, comfortable, and respectful travel experience, but unfortunately, the conductor’s behaviour spoiled my journey. I strongly request the management to take this complaint seriously, look into the matter, and ensure that such behaviour is not repeated with other passengers. I would not recommend this bus service unless the staff’s behaviour and passenger privacy are taken seriously.

No time punctuality (3:40 am is Nagaur time but reached Nagaur at 5:40, too late). Too much vehicle sound inside, nobody can sleep in the bus.
