I was disappointed by booking this worst travels because they didn't maintain cleanliness and AC also did not work properly during raining hours. Several water were running in from holes of the bus. They mentioned arrival time by 7 am for Tirunelveli but still now they didn't reach Thirumangalam. It's 9 am now.

Very poor experience. The driver informed me that he was unaware of my boarding point at Trichy Airport and initially refused to pick me up, even though it was clearly mentioned in my booking. He later agreed to pick me up, so I waited from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM, but he never arrived at my boarding point. When I called the driver again, he told me to raise a complaint and disconnected the call. I also tried contacting the MG Transport office, but there was no response from their side. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility and customer service. I am highly disappointed with both the driver and the transport operator.

Not even want to put 1 star also because need to come on post a message so only. I am totally confused about Chennai route because need to avoid 1 toll they take several km rounding. Second thing, driver is very excellent always stopping in the middle of all signals. I will get down at middle of the road in Ashok Pillar my good luck signal is red.
