Even after closing the window, the rainwater dropped inside my seat. It was my worst experience in travel. After 12:30 am, they changed me to another bus, and that bus was also leaking. This time, they said it was an AC issue. Very worst experience.

The bus seats and even the bus are not in good condition. During rain, I get the rainfall directly from above my head. There are many leakage spots at window side seats. The driving speed is also very slow. We had to reach our destination at 7 am, but the time we reached was 10:30 am.

This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. The bus was delayed significantly, causing a lot of inconvenience, frustration, and unnecessary waiting. The delay disrupted my travel plans and made the entire journey stressful and exhausting. There was also a lack of proper communication about the reason for the delay and the expected arrival time. As passengers, we pay for a reliable service and expect the bus to arrive on time. This kind of delay is unacceptable, and I hope the bus service takes this complaint seriously and ensures better time management and proper communication in the future.

The bus was late half an hour. The seat was not comfortable. Name of the bus was changed without prior notice. Very worst experience.

The bus came 40 minutes late and it was supposed to reach by 8.15 but it will take another 1.30 minimum to reach, means a delay of almost 3.5 hour . This was highly unacceptable. The condition of the bus was very poor. There was water leaked from AC falling on passengers. Please remove this bus from service provider, its highly unsafe for long journey.
